1. What is your Return Policy?
Retail Return Policy:
No return for already exchanged items.
You have 30 days from when you receive your items to claim a return.
How you can return:

Step 2: We provide you a free return label within two business days you have placed your return claim.
Step 3: Send your package in the mail within a week! Once we receive your return you will be issued a full refund for your item(s) or you may exchange them. The refund may take three to five business days to post.

2. How long does it take to be delivered?
For retail orders our standard shipping method is first class mail or priority mail by US Post Office unless paid by other methods. For wholesale order, unless the shipping was paid with the customer's preferred choice, we may use USPS first class mostly for sample order or low quantity order or Priority mail or USPS depending upon the order amount. The package will be picked up by USPS or UPS within 2 business days. Weekend orders will be picked up on the following Monday.
If you live in Georgia, South Carolina or Tennessee, it will be delivered in one to four days.
If you live in Southeast area, it can take two to five days.
If you live in West Coast, it may take longer than a week.
This is all depending upon weather or other delays.
3. Why hasn't USPS tracking information not updated?
USPS does take some time to scan packages into their mail stream and update the tracking information. We ask that you allow 48 business hours for the tracking information to update after our shipping. Our shipping policy is to send the package by the next day depending upon the order time. If you still do not see tracking information after 48 hours, please let us know by contacting us at email@example.com.
Other shipping providers like UPS and FedEx will update the shipping status after the package was dropped at their shipping center or picked up by delivery person. We try everyday to ship as soon as possible to make sure faster delivery however, please understand after the packages are picked up, we don't have any control over the package.
4. I received delivery notification but I did not receive my package?
The missing package usually shows up within a few of days.
Please check you mail box for any USPS delivery. Sometimes someone from your household picks the package so asking around in the household helps. Sometimes it could be left at your neighbor's post box by mistake. If you have a chance, check with your mailman too.
If the package is still missing, please send your email to firstname.lastname@example.org the package is never found, we will make a claim against the shipping company and will ship out another one based on the availability or refund the order.
5. Can you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship internationally to Canada and Europe. If you have any trouble ordering internationally, please send us an email at email@example.com.
