Refund Policy

Retail Return Policy: 

No return for already exchanged items.

You have 30 days from when you receive your items to claim a return.

How you can return:

Step 1: Send an email to customerservice@ellisonyoung.com and include your order #, the name(s) of the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for the return. 

Step 2: We provide you a free return label within two business days you have placed your return claim.  

Step 3: Send your package in the mail within a week! Once we receive your return you will be issued a full refund for your item(s) or you may exchange them. The refund may take three to five business days to post.
