You are building the future of retail and we want to be a part and a source of your success. Also we want you to have peace of mind after your selling by shipping directly to your customers.

Here are the steps to join in our Live Sellers program

  1. If you haven't signed up as our customer, please sign up as a wholesale customer by clicking here. When you sign up, please mention you want to sign up for the Live Sellers Program in the Notes section. 
  2. If you are already our customer and want to sign up for this program, simply email me at customerservice@ellisonyoung.com and we will add you to the program. 

Here are the steps for your sample order to order fulfillment

  1. After your confirmation of account activation, please buy your samples for your Live show from our website. In the note, please leave how many items you want to hold for how long. 
    1. Your maximum number of items to hold is 20 at the start and we can increase to a higher level based on your history. 
    2. Your maximum time to hold this item is two weeks from your order. As we ship the item within one to two business days, we expect you to receive the package within a week unless there is any issue with UPS or USPS. If so, we will be happy to extend your hold time. 
    3. We made these rules so that these products can be available to other wholesale customers, but we will be happy to work with you so feel free to leave a note when you place your sample order. 
    4. If there is any issue, we will contact you before shipping out your sample and will work out a solution together. 
  2. Go live with the sample you purchased with the assurance that you have reserved inventory for you. 
  3. When you receive a customer order, place an order with us by entering the customer's shipping address and we will ship directly to your customer so you don't have to worry about shipping either. 
  4. For any international orders or customers, unfortunately we will be able to serve only certain countries due to the higher international shipping cost, risk of higher chance of losing packages and fraud. If you plan to ship internationally, please send your email to customerservice@ellisonyoung.com and we will contact you to discuss the countries and shipping methods.
